Day 1: Jaipur – Exploring the City of Palaces

The tour starts with your arrival in Jaipur where our representative will extend a warm welcome to you and help you check-in at the hotel. After arriving in town, the journey begins with huge City Palace of mixed Mughal and Rajput style architecture, whose beautiful internal courtyards, art galleries, and museums await your visit.Just across the street, you will find Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO-listed astronomical observatory with amazing stone tools still used to measure time and monitor astronomical events. Secondly Gazing at the thrilling lattice structure of the Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of Winds with its 953 jharokhas was built so that the royal women could watch the merry making on the streets.Finally visit the busy Johari Bazaar full of gemstones, bangles and traditional textiles to complete your day.

Day 2: Jaipur – Forts, Heritage, and Local Life

Start your sightseeing journey by visiting Amer Fort that is situated on a hill about 11 km away near the city center. The impressive ramparts and decorated palaces such asSheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) of the fort are largespeaking volumes of Rajput splendor and architectural brilliance. This is followed by a tour of Panna Meena Ka Kund, a stepwell near Amer, which is bashed by well-designed geometry. In the late afternoon, make a cultural detour to Albert Hall museum where the objects of royal Rajasthan past and buildings in a curious Indo-Saracenic style are presented.Or take your time to visit the workshops of local artisans where you may learn the traditional techniques of block-print-making and manufacture of hand-crafts.


Day 3: Jaipur to Jodhpur – Transitioning to the Blue City

It is time to forget the pink color of Jaipur and embark on the picturesque journey to Jodhpur a blue-coloured city. This journey of almost 330km, offers you a variety of landscape and a peek into the rural Rajasthan. On reaching Jodhpur, head to your hotel and relax. You can also opt to go out later and explore the historic Clock Tower and the busy Sardar Market where you can find traders selling not only spices and textiles but silver jewels and even antiques.

Day 4: Jodhpur – Forts, Cenotaphs, and City Views

Start your day with a visit to the towering Mehrangarh Fort, perched high above the city on a rocky cliff. As you explore its vast courtyards, galleries, and ramparts, you'll witness relics of royal life and get panoramic views of the blue houses below.Next on the list is Jaswant Thada, a white marble cenotaph surrounded by lush gardens and a serene lake. The site provides a peaceful escape from the city’s energy. Then, make your way to the majestic Umaid Bhawan Palace, part-royal residence and part-museum, showcasing vintage cars, royal memorabilia, and photographs.Conclude the day with a stop at Toorji Ka Jhalra, a restored stepwell that serves as a quiet yet picturesque heritage site in the old city. 

Day 5: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer – Entering the Golden Realm

After checking out from your hotel, set out on your road journey toward Jaisalmer, approximately 280 km away. The road gradually leads you deeper into the Thar Desert, offering a unique change in scenery with sand dunes, camel herders, and mud houses.Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, settle into your hotel. Later in the evening, visit the tranquil Gadisar Lake, surrounded by artistically carved temples and shrines. The calm waters reflect the fading sun, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation.If time permits, wander through the local markets filled with leather goods, mirror work embroidery, and traditional puppets. 

Day 6: Jaisalmer – Forts and Golden Sandstone Wonders

Your final day begins with a visit to the breathtaking Jaisalmer Fort, also called Sonar Quila, built from yellow sandstone that glows like gold under the sun. This living fort is still home to many families and contains temples, homes, and small shops within its walls.Stroll through the fort’s narrow lanes and explore the ancient Jain Temples, known for their detailed carvings. Next, head to the iconic Patwon Ki Haveli, a cluster of five mansions known for their jharokhas, frescoes, and mirror work. You can also explore Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli, each telling stories of the city’s rich past.If your schedule allows, visit Bada Bagh, a royal cenotaph complex located slightly outside the city. It offers stunning sunset views and historical significance. Conclude your tour with a heartfelt goodbye to Rajasthan’s golden landscapes.
