In the morning, take a complete day tour of Jaipur after having breakfast. The Amber Fort, which is on a hilltop, will allow you to have a glimpse of the magnificent courtyards, elaborate mirror work in Sheesh Mahal, and the wonderful view of the Aravalli hills. It is one of the typical examples of the Rajput military architecture.On the same route back to the city, visit Jal Mahal, the grand palace of water at the seedling in the middle of the Lake Man Sagar. Then visit City Palace, a royal home that has courtyards, gardens and museums with royal costumes and historical artifacts. The heavily carved pillars, artistic ceilings and rits of color are characteristic of the temple. Then go to Saheliyon ki Bari, or Garden of Maidens the beautiful garden in the form of forth that royal women were moved in, with fountains and lotus pools and marble pavilions.Then drive on down to Fateh Sagar Lake, the usual evening stroll and boating area. Assuming you have time on your hands, you may also want to visit Shilpgram, a traditional arts and crafts cluster consisting of tribal houses and artistic creative labor of artifacts of western India. Complete your days with an evening at the Doodh Talai to see a sunset over the lake and the hills nearby.
