Itinerary

Your trip starts with one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in India, Haridwar. Following the hotel check-in and rest, go to the holy Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of people collect to experience the spectacular Ganga Aarti. The chanting choirs, flashing lights, and flowing River Ganga are very spiritual. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

 

Post breakfast, visit Rishikesh the Yoga Capital of the World. Explore the famous sights like Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula which provide a view of the river and ashrams. Thenceforth, toward Mussoorie, king of Hills. On arrival, have a rest and savor the cool mountain air. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

 

Begin your day in Kempty Falls, a cool waterfall that is situated in the green hills. Shop and sightsee Mall Road. Thencece to Dhanaulti, a quiet hill station in the midst of a great deodar forest. Travel to Badrinath, which is one more sacred Char Dham of Lord Vishnu. Pay a visit to the sacred Badrinath Temple which stands on the Alaknanda River. Dip into the holy waters of Tapt Kund and visit other places of interest in the area that include Mana Village (the last village in India before the Indo-Tibetan border). Overnight stay in Badrinath.

 

Drive to Badrinath, a religious and winter seat, after lunch, drive to Joshimath. Proceed to Auli, which is untouched with a skiing resort. Panoramic views of Nanda Devi and the Himalayan mountains. During winter, Auli is turned into a snowy heaven where people can ski, whereas in summer the place is turned into green meadows and cable cars. Overnight accommodation at Auli/Joshimath.
